- Indeed. I sometimes keep certain things on pending just as a personal reminder to follow up on-wiki, but I have been somewhat out-of-office that past few weeks so they've slipped. In future, ticket notes, OTRS-wiki, IRC and email are probably better venues (I prefer not to discuss tickets on-wiki if I can help it). TheDragonFire (talk) 02:28, 11 December 2018 (UTC)
