The claims made about Interstate 506 appear to be totally bogus. Should i be unblocked

Well i want to say that i am really sorry, i was violating wikipedia policies, and i won't do it ever again, i have been blocked for almost a month already, i feel that i should be unblocked, i have making sock puppets, how can i cancel all those sock puppets, because i feel that it's time for me to grow up, i feel that i will cancel all those accounts that i made after i was blocked in this one, so i'm really sorry, it will never ever happen again, so i would like to be unblocked if the person likes it, i promise i won't do it ever again.

Why do i want to be unblocked

Well the reason i want to be unblocked is so i can create articles again, but good articles, what i did was a total ripoff making sockpuppets, and i won't do it ever again, and i would like to cancel all those sockpuppets, and start over again, and what page i want to contribute well i want to contribute the Greater Eureka Area, but not as a metro area, the Greater Eureka Area will be created as a urban area, Urban Areas are a type of area which includes a city and surrounding CDP's, well i hope you will unblock me, very soon, here is the page for Urban Areas List of California urban areas and go down to number 59 and it will say Eureka (urban population 45,034), and i also read the article you recommended me to read, and i can't wait for 6 months, i feel that i should be unblocked sometime today or somewhere this week, well thank you very much and have a very good day.

You will need to wait six months. You have caused so much damage that you will need to wait that long; those are the rules. Wait 6 months, and do not create any more sockpuppets. Don't try to sneak anything by us - we're very good at finding sockpuppets, and you will get caught, and the six months will start over. Once the six months are up, you will need to file an appeal. If you do the same thing again after you get unblocked (if you get unblocked) you will be blocked again without further appeal. If you really want to contribute here, those are the conditions. Should my sandbox be unblocked

Well Thank you very much, i will wait until April 2013, and i was wondering while i'm blocked, maybe my sandbox should be unblocked, and here's the reason, i feel that my sandbox should be unblocked because i can practice creating articles, while the time i am blocked, i won't be able to edit, move, or create real wikipedia articles, but i would like to create subpages on my sandbox, this is your choice, not mine, if i practice creating articles on my sandbox, when the time comes i will be ready, you have the right to say yes or no, your choice, not mine, (once again).

Requesting the Greater Eureka Area page for creation

Thank you very much, and i already read that the software does not allow that, so i would like to make a request so a administrator can create a page about the Greater Eureka Area, now remember the Greater Eureka Area is not a metropolitan area, the Greater Eureka Area is a Urban Area, as the population for the city is about 30,000 which makes Greater Eureka 45,034 residents, and it includes Eureka, Cutten, Myrtletown, Humboldt Hill, Fields Landing, Kings Salmon, Ridgewood Heights, Indianola, Samoa, and Fairhaven which all of those places make the Greater Eureka Area, and has population of 45,034, and since i am blocked for a long period of time, i would like a administrator to create the page, like put the places, the tv and radio stations, and even more, i am not sure if urban areas pages are allowed on wikipedia, but i hope that a administrator can create the Greater Eureka Area page, here is the link to all urban areas in california, List of California urban areas

No. This is also against the rules. You cannot ask other editors to make edits for you while you are blocked. You are blocked indefinitely, with the first possibility for appeal in April 2013. I waited 6 months so i can be unblocked from editing on Wikipedia, and now the time has come, it's already April 2013, so can i already be unblocked, or it will take a while more, how does this work, can somebody explain please.

Well very good question, i will be writing about Micronations, television stations, and many more articles, but it will be appropriate for Wikipedia, not any thing bad or goofy, true and appropriate articles.

The Republic of Neutralia is a micronation located in Eureka, California. it was founded in 2013 by Alan Villarruel (who refers to himself as President Alan J. Villarruel), a middle school student,

It consists of Villarruel's house, (known as the Gray House), backyard, and front garden, about 1.2 acres of land, Neutralia originally claimed Villarruel's bedroom, until it annexed the rest of his house.

The name Neutralia is derived from the fictional country with the same name, featured on the 1947 novel of Scott-King's Modern Europe.

History

Neutralia traces it's origins back to 2010, when Villarruel saw the Family Guy episode of E. Peterbus Unum, and shortly after Villarruel created many childhood micronational projects, the first one being Verde, the micronational projects became defunct, and Villarruel started researching about micronations around the world, such as Molossia, Vikesland, and Sealand.

On April 7, 2013 Villarruel created the Republic of Neutralia, and declared himself to be its President

Neutralia consists of Villarruel's house, backyard, front garden, and driveway, the property is owned by Villarruel and his family, it is the Villarruel Family's primary place of residence, and it is the site of Neutralia's primary designated capital, Alan Town.

RE: Made up article

I did not made this up, this is 100% Real, and this is a micronation that i really made in my parents house, to prove that this micronation is real, i wonder how can Molossia or Sealand have a wikipedia page, why can't my micronation have a wiki page, i did not made this up, trust me, i didn't, this is a real micronation, do you even know what micronations are, i suggest going to other wikipedia pages about Micronations.
