This website does not prove a PC version. Poor editor speculation (see: running debug game on PC and thus assuming a PC version). You can only trust official sources, see: Publisher and Kojima who listed the platforms at the end of the trailer in the credits where no PC logo was shown. Only PS3 and X360.

See credits at end of trailer. No PC logo, no PC release.
