RE: Create User Block

Hello. Thank you for the message you left on my talk page [1]. I am a member of Wikipedia's administration team (since 2007), and routinely process block requests made at Administrator intervention against vandalism, Administrators' noticeboard, Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents, and others. However I am not sure which specific block you are talking about (to date I have issued over 2700 blocks). Could you be more specific as to which IP address you are talking about? Thanks, — Kralizec!
