Speedy deletion nomination of Earths axis edit

A tag has been placed on Earths axis requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.   Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to the page Rotation. Such edits constitute vandalism and are reverted. Please do not continue to make unconstructive edits to pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. Abc518 (talk) 02:22, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

It looked like vandalism at first, but I reviewed it, and I no longer believe your edit to be vandalism. Just wasn't sourced right. --Abc518 (talk) 02:25, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

October 2009 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to the page Provinces and territories of Canada has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. In regards to your recent edits edit

Please do not make personal attacks against other editors as you did here. Comment on the content not the contributor. Please try to remain civil in all your future discussions with fellow editors as violation of Wikipedia's policy on personal attacks may result in your account being blocked by an Administrator. Signature edit

Per WP:SIG#Links, you need to have at least one link to your user page (User:SylvieHorse) in your signature. You currently have no links in your signature, and it doesn't even show your actual username. This makes things a bit difficult for a number of reasons, but specifically for other editors who need to contact you. Please remedy this soon. Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions. Equazcion (talk) 04:44, 13 Nov 2009 (UTC)

Hi there. As Equazcion is watching my page, I am watching his. Allow me to explain. Your signature, which you use every time you insert the ~~~~, should link to either your talk page or your userpage. Look at the following examples:
1. Nezzadar
2. Nezzadar
3. Nezzadar [SPEAK]
Right. So you have the first kind. No links. That's not allowed in Wikipedia's rules. The default is the second one, which links to your user page. The third one is my personal custom sig. It links to my user page and my talk page. Since you changed your sig already to remove the link, you know how to put it back. If you need help making a custom signature, contact Equazcion or I and we can show you the code that makes sigs flashier.

Edits edit

Edits such as these and these are not appreciated and are constituted as vandalism/personal attacks as I told you in November, again, I'm asking you to stop nicely. If you carry on like this SylvieHorse you will be blocked. Jeffrey Mall (talkcontribs) - 21:40, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

I didn't say you couldn't post anything on your own talk page, I was referring to the edits you made to the pages User:Meaghan and User talk:December21st2012Freak on the 29th of Jan, I warned you in November of 2009 for similar edits, see here. Your RfA... edit

...isn't formatted correctly, and it does not have a support, oppose, or neutral section. BTW, you do not meet the requirements of adminship, and because of your personal attacks at Meaghan's userpage and my talk page, everyone will oppose your RfA with out any supports, and it won't pass. December21st2012Freak Talk to me at ≈ 02:30, 1 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

There are no requirements 2012. That's the whole point!--Coldplay Expért Let's talk 02:00, 9 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
Response to your question. To pass an RfA you have to show the community that you are serious about helping the project, that you know how the place works (for example, you need to understand the policies. For a start, sign your posts with ~~~~) and that you can handle the admin tools responsibly. You also need to edit constructively. So far, you have just over 100 edits, and only 35 to articles. And then most are unconstructive, like this, or personal attacks towards others. That sort of editing is not acceptable, and gets you blocked. Most users make several thousand edits and spend months, if not years, working on Wikipedia before they can pass an RfA. And remember, administratorship isn't a WP:TROPHY. You may find this page useful. If you have any questions about editing (CONSTRUCTIVELY, that is), just drop a note here, or on my talk page. Or even at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page. I'm about to put a template below this message with some links that might help you, Lord Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 10:17, 10 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
