The person who took the photograph is the person who holds copyright to the image even if it is your camera. Copyright is conferred immediately upon creation of a photograph. Therefore, you would have to show a specific release statement from the copyright holder to you to grant you full copyright to the image. After that was done only then could you release rights under a free license suitable for Wikipedia. However, given the above concern about your autobiography, the image is a moot point.

• You asked what you should do now? Firstly stop trying to use Wikipedia to promote your self. Also read the various policies many that have already been mentioned to you:

• The Wikipedia:Golden rule - "Articles generally require significant coverage, in reliable sources,that are independent of the topic." - Your submissions have no sources other than your own linkin profile
• What Wikipedia Is - Wikipedia is an encyclopedia.
• What Wikipedia is not - Note the section Wikipedia is not a soapbox or means of promotion
• Autobiography and Conflict of interest
• Wikipedia:Notability (people)

So your article about yourself with no independent reliable sources to show notability is not accetable to be a Wikipedia article. IMPORTANT WARNING: Self promotion, autobiographies

You have previously been warned about violating Wikipedia:Autobiography. You have previously been warned about self promotion. Your article for creation was denied, and still you moved it (improperly I might add) to article space where it was speedy deleted. You have uploaded an image whose copyright status remains unclear, despite requests to clear it up (File:Syed Baqar Imam Rizvi.jpeg). You have vandalized Wikipedia:Autobiography with this edit, vandalized Template:Di-no license/doc twice with these edits and these edits, and vandalized Encyclopedia with this edit.

I have previously tried to assume good faith with regards to what you are trying to do. The reality is that your edits have caused a considerable amount of work for others. Each day you come here and create more work for others to clean up rather than contributing positively to this project. Either you are incapable of understanding, or you are unwilling to understand. In the former case, Wikipedia:Competence is required. In the latter case, WP:NOTHERE applies. Nothing you have done so far has done anything to make this project better.

This a final warning. If you make any more attempts to promote yourself on this project you will be blocked from further editing without further warning. I sincerely hope I've been clear.
