March 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Torreslfchero. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Katrina Kaif, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Torreslfchero (talk) 09:54, 1 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Kat edit

You cannot simply change her birthdate to 1984, when the sources listed indicate it is 1983. Please see her talk page for lengthy discussions on the subject. Many source came out and said that she is 30 now. BollyJeff | talk 16:35, 5 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

August 2013 edit

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did to Katrina Kaif. Thank you. BollyJeff | talk 17:30, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Katrina Kaif. Proposed deletion of Seeta Aur Geeta (2015) edit

The article Seeta Aur Geeta (2015) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Upcoming movie which hasn't been released yet - and not likely to be for another year. A candidate for WP:HAMMER?

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Article Feedback Tool update edit

Hey Surya Nair aka Suri. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.

We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.

Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) 21:33, 1 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
