The name Flaming Knights came from the way the fellows was promiscuous with the ladies so since they thought they were Hot it was suggested that they call them selves Flaming Knights. Other names that was being considered was the 4 Horseman and the Royal Knights.

The Scholey (colors) have had 5 generations, the first was embroidery (Red Writing with Gold Trim), with the word Flaming on top Knight on the bottom MC on the right and New Haven on the very bottom of a Denim Vest, on left across from MC was a Knight Patch ... there were a few versions of them. The Second was a 3 Piece Patch with the same embroidery on Yellow Terry Cloth with Red Writing with a patch of a Knight. The Third was a 4 piece Rockers with a Knight on a Motorcycle as the center piece.

The Fourth was a single Yellow patch with the Flaming Knights as the logo created by Little Dragon that is why Roy is in the saddle bag on the motorcycle thats on the shield.

The Fifth and Final patch was commissioned by Little Dragon and accepted by the national Flaming Knights Motorcycle Club of America at their National Meeting in Denver CO. 1997 also at this meeting the Landover, MD. Chapter became the Mother Chapter and Kenny Black aka Blackmagic became the President of President a phrase coined by the Late King Dragon (1st President of President).

Our purpose is to promote brotherhood, build a relationship with the communties in which we reside and too have fun and ride hard.

Our goal is to become the Largest Traveling Motorcycle Club in the World. Where ever there is a place to go the Flaming Knights are sure to show.
