Some links go to the wrong place

I noticed some of the links are wrong in the Citation needed section. E.g. for the second statement, I see ("Sustainable_development" section)([[Special:PermanentLink/857269331#Ming_and_Qing_dynasties|revision]]). You can see in the link code that the link is going to the "Ming and Qing dynasties" section -- not to "Sustainable development". --EpochFail (talk • contribs) 20:32, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
