Additions to the list of active users are closely monitored along with the user's edits. The reason is that you do not appear to have sufficient experience for this work, and with only 116 edits to mainspace, you still don't. When you have made a significant number of edits and applied for permission, you may continue. You will then also be able to help by looking out for users who join AfC with the sole intention of reviewing their own submissions. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 00:25, 16 October 2013 (UTC)
