Pedro edit

It was a well sourced and simple addition see here that I created only to stop the speculation and addition that he was a Man united player. There was a lot of speculation being added unverified. Personally I think an offer of 22 million from another team well sourced is worthy of inclusion but anyway, I was only trying to control unreferenced additions. Govindaharihari (talk) 14:23, 6 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Apologies, I was meant to remove the section entirely and not just your sourced edit. If you read further down the article you linked, it notes that "An official bid for Pedro is expected to be lodged by United once Angel di Maria’s £44.3m transfer to Paris Saint-Germain is completed within the next 24 hours." which means it is not an official offer in the first place and is purely chat from the media until a bid is accepted by Barca. Unreferenced additions are already minimized as the page is semi-protected, and most edits came from IPs so it's now much more easily handled now. Stewwie (talk) 14:34, 6 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
