Glenn Hoddle edit

Do you have a source for Jasper Carrott saying that? If he did then please accept my apologies, although I think my reversion of your edit to Chris Waddle still stands... SteveO 13:28, 21 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Nope. I rarely have anything to do with the article, but that quote has been there for ages. I'll try and dig up a source for it.
Out of interest, judging from your user page and your edits, you may also fancy joining Wikiproject Only Fools and Horses. The project is in its infancy, and I don't know if it'll last, but any help would be appreciated. SteveO 15:40, 21 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
I've just done the same and it does appear that Carrott said it. I believe I may owe you a humble apology!
PS. Remember to sign your posts on talk pages. Just type out four tildes (~~~~) after your message and your name and the date will automatically be produced. SteveO 15:54, 21 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Removal of relevant facts instead of sourcing edit

Hi. I have re-instated the relevant facts you removed from Howard Webb recently. These merely needed expanding on to make their relevancy more obvious. I have retained your point about the "three red cards", as this is useful to the article. Thanks. Refsworldlee(chew-fat)(eds) 12:04, 2 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Erika Hoffman edit

I made some edits to Erika Hoffman to fix its worst problems, but it still needs work. For a bio of a living person (WP:BLP), you need better sources and references than you originally provided. Jmozena (talk) 20:00, 11 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Do you possibly share your computer with somebody else who may have created this page? According to the history page, you're the original author. Jmozena (talk) 20:51, 12 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Matches played in by Craig Johnston, which I constantly need to amend the flag to ENG from AUS or RSA as some users don't understand he counts as ENG after playing for the England U21's

Own Goals edit

@Govvy: No explination is given why 56 goals are recorded when 58 were scored, also O'Shea and Schlupp scored those own goals for Tottenham, why wouldn't they be recorded?Statto74 (talk) 10:22, 2 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
They are recorded in the specific games which they scored an own goal in. They shouldn't be added to a table which is for the scorers for that club. Look at Real Madrid's season article, it doesn't tell you, who scored those own-goals, is that positive or negative data? It's recording just own-goals, it's a poorly constructed table. Even that final totals column violates WP:ACCESS. I refuse to let any Tottenham article have such stupidly displayed information. Govvy (talk) 10:58, 2 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Govvy:I've seen OGs recorded like this elswhere but if it bothers you so much sobeit, I'll worry about other stuff.Statto74 (talk) 11:19, 2 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
