Claim of being copyright holder is not credible. The watermarking on the image would indicate this is likely copied from some web site.

The file is watermarked. That is typical of pictures that have been copied from some web site. Per WP:WATERMARK, free images should not be watermarked. Please upload a version without the watermark. -- Whpq (talk) 19:28, 16 May 2018 (UTC)

@Whpq, I uploaded the file without the watermark. The current one on the file history now is the one without the water mark(current 16:57, 18 May 2018). Apologies if this still doesn't meet the WIKI rules i will remove it for now as it is delaying submission of the story for review. Much appreciate the followups. I cleaned these remarks up and tried to make it as neutral as possible and added some more content in my sandbox. I would appreciate you review the sandbox one. Hi @Worldbruce, Thanks for your detailed feedback. This is neither a praise nor an attempt to use WIKI for promoting Dr. Malla Reddy but to record the impact he made for the hundreds of thousands of Telugu community and non-Telugu community here is the US and in India. I agree with your observation, the introductory para (draft description) could have been done better to capture the significant contributions he made. To quote a few, thanks to a water project he got built eradicated Florosis, saving the lives of thousands of villagers living in in Nalgonda, Telangana. As a national organization, Telanagana America Telugu Association, the organization he founded, represents the heart beat of 35 million Telanganites in India and more than 100,000 here in the US, channeling, energies, finances for the welfare of the poor. These are couple of many more of his great deeds which touched hundreds of thousands of lives of Telanganites in India. The association's hundreds of blood drives/soup kitchens/winter coat drives through out the country, in association with churches, Red cross and voluntary organizations, has helped many a needy in the US.

I will rewrite the content keeping in mind your observations and will send for your perusal. I will also add more independent links supporting his service.

Do you suggest editing the article in the sandbox instead of as a Draft?
