June 2022 edit

Hello, I'm Kvoou. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Talk:Gay men have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. Kvoou ❯❯❯ Talk 13:16, 20 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi Kvoou, thanks for letting me know. I'm new to this and did not know the best place to bring up a possible issue with a page; this was the only route I found. I will ask how to do this in the Teahouse. Thank you. Spotter7 (talk) 13:21, 20 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hi again,
I've looked through the Talk page and it looks like this was indeed the right place to put my comment. So I'm guessing you have an issue with how I made the point. Would you please point out to me what you thought was the non-constructive part?
Thanks very much. Spotter7 (talk) 13:32, 20 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hi Kvoou, thanks for all your hard work patrolling recent pages. Could you clarify why you considered these comments disruptive enough to remove? WP:TALKOFFTOPIC says to "err on the side of caution", and Spotter7's discussion seems related to improving the article's NPOV and V in good-faith. I've restored them for now. Best wishes, RoxySaunders 🏳️‍⚧️ (talk · contribs) 16:35, 20 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hi RoxySaunders and @Spotter7! I apologize, that was a mistake. I was trying out the AntiVandal tool and did not realize that it would instantly revert and warn the User. I thought I'd have a chance to look over everything first. I also didn't realize that it would also check talk pages and drafts. I'll stick to what I know for now and keep using the recent changes page in conjunction with RedWarn. Do I just delete the warning in a case like this? Kvoou ❯❯❯ Talk 11:58, 21 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
