You may find it wise to read Wikipedia:Your first article. Articles need to show why the subject of the article is notable. Not all murder victims are notable for Wikipedia purposes. Comments such as the crime having received little coverage "Probablby because the crime does not fits with US political correctness and was commited just before election in USA, where media were in favour of Obama and such a crime would surly make some impact on white US voters" are completely inappropriate in an encyclopedia.
