Proposed deletion of The Finance Conception of Control

The article The Finance Conception of Control has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

An academic term that's seen fairly limited usage. The article is difficult to follow, and reads rather like an academic paper.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
