Speedy deletion nomination of Blast-Ended Skrewts edit

Hello Snowy Eagle,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Blast-Ended Skrewts for deletion, because it seems to be vandalism or a hoax.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Nicky mathew (talk) 21:08, 10 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. None of the links you made led to anything useful - they were either completely irrelevant or disambiguation pages, except for "Bulgaria", and we don't generally link country names. Please take more care when linking. PamD 09:37, 12 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Ice, you may be blocked from editing. The Snowager-is sleeping 22:23, 12 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I do not think I should be blocked from editing Wikipedia because...well...what did I ever do? I never vandalized or did anything wrong to Wikipedia. I think it's unfair how my edits always seem to be tagged for deletion.Snowy Eagle (talk) 23:41, 21 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Checkuser verified abuser of multiple accounts; block extended to indefinite. --jpgordon::==( o ) 01:31, 22 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. Expire? edit

Hi, Sorry for calling you mean. Please don't take it seriously. Anyways, can you please tell me when my block expires? I just wanted to know. Thanks! Snowy Eagle (talk) 01:50, 22 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Scroll up. You got an indefinite block for sockpuppetry. --Arise again, Arisedrew! (talk) 17:25, 23 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

What do you mean, Arisedrew? What do you mean by "scroll up"? And what exactly is sock puppetry? Snowy Eagle (talk) 00:43, 24 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Expire!? edit

When does my block expire? Please, just give me the date! I promise that I won't hurt Wikipedia in any way when I'm allowed to edit again. Snowy Eagle (talk) 20:48, 26 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Your block is indefinite, which means there's no set end date. You will remain blocked until you convince admins that unblocking you would be beneficial to the project. Huon (talk) 22:21, 27 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Blocking edit

I've got an indefinite block? Why? And I've already tried talking to the admins, but they won't undo my block! It's not fair! I've never done anything really bad! Please, can someone help me? It feels horrible to be blocked! Snowy Eagle (talk) 22:54, 27 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Your best bet is to make another unblock request and show that you're worthy of some WP:ROPE. DawnDusk (talk) 23:21, 27 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Hi! Samsara has blocked me from editing Wikipedia a few weeks ago, and I wanted to give a few reasons to why I should be unblocked. First of all, I know I did wrong. I admit, I vandalized Wikipedia and didn't make it look good. So, I understand why I did wrong and I promise to never do that again. Another reason why I think I should be unblocked is because I only started editing Wikipedia when I was new to it. My excitement got over me, and I ended up vandalizing Wikipedia. So, I am very, very sorry for my disruptive editing and I promise to be more careful when I edit Wikipedia. I'm not new to Wikipedia and I now understand what harms and what helps Wikipedia. Snowy Eagle. Snowy Eagle (talk) 13:46, 29 March 2015 (UTC)}.Reply

Decline reason:

I'm declining this because the request doesn't address the reason for the block at all. You aren't indefinitely blocked because of vandalism at all. You were only blocked for a week for vandalism. It was only changed to indefinite when we found out you were using multiple accounts, which is against the rules. You can appeal this block as many times as you like, but your comment should address the problem for which you were blocked. That is, using multiple accounts. Did you the liberty of putting it in the necessary template. DawnDusk (talk) 04:10, 31 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Unblocking edit

What does "Using multiple accounts" mean? Without the knowledge of what it means, I don't think I'll be able to know why I have an indefinite block. Sorry if I sound like I'm bad at Wikipedia vocabulary words, it's just that I'm new here! Snowy Eagle (talk) 22:27, 31 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

  • There's a small group of highly trusted editors here called "checkusers". Basically these users can see the technical details behind Wikipedia accounts, so they can tell whether someone's using multiple accounts. That means one person's created more than one user name. Because we operate based on discussions, people who have more than one user name on Wikipedia can pretend to be different people and can influence the outcome of discussions in their favor. So obviously, secretly using multiple accounts isn't allowed. A checkuser has found that more than one user name is coming from your location, and that's why you were blocked. Using Multiple Accounts edit

Oh...thanks, Swarm! I can't believe I couldn't even think of that! So, in order to request a block again, I need to say why I was using multiple accounts? Snowy Eagle (talk) 20:09, 1 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Yeah if you have a justification/explanation for using multiple accounts, you'll have to explain it, and also indicate that you've familiarized yourself with WP:SOCKPUPPET policy and will only be using one account from here on out. Swarm we ♥ our hive 01:43, 2 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thank you so much, Swarm! Oh, how can I repay you? Snowy Eagle (talk) 19:30, 2 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I now understand what and why I did wrong. Also, I understand I was blocked because I was using multiple accounts.

Here is an explanation of why I used multiple accounts. Well, first thing, I never knew that using multiple accounts is against the rules. I'm ashamed of not going through the rules of Wikipedia and jumping onto the fun parts, because now I understand how much trouble that can cause.

But the reason for why I made more than one user name is this: when I was blocked temporarily, I tried to find ways of letting myself edit articles after my first request reason was declined. So I thought that if I created another account, I would be able to edit from that account. I was really surprised when I clicked "Edit" from my new account and they gave me the same message as I get when I try to edit as Snowy Eagle. Now, I understand why, and I promise to never use multiple accounts again.

So, I have familiarized myself with the WP:SOCKPUPPET policy and I promise to always use one account from this moment on.
