I fixed some apparent vandalism, and you reverted this. Just wondering why?

I edited http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julia_Butterfly_Hill to change "Post-face sit" to "Post-tree sit". I can only assume that the original text was vandalism, given the context of the article. You seemed to have revered this however (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:81.102.253.90&redirect=no).

Housekeeping

Please clarify the appointment process for those who interfere with other users' editing of unwanted information contained in their own pages. First of all you are not editing on your own page. The page you are blanking is of another user. Secondly one can easily understand your intent of removing warnings from other user's talk page so you can continue vandalism from that account and previous warnings are not visible to other editors who warn you in future. --SMS ^Talk 17:39, 16 December 2011 (UTC)

Actually I didn't view it as vandalism. May be I am wrong but in my point of view it was more a content dispute between User:Somonlast and you, though I do think that the content added by him was his original research, but it would have been better if you took up the issue to talk page or further. --SMS ^Talk 19:42, 17 December 2011 (UTC)

Thanks. Actually some unregistered IP users kept on vandalizing the page. Only yesterday we got Page protection for it. So this Vandal registered and started vandalizing continuously with an external link in 4 Pages Desi Boyz,Akshay Kumar,John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. I see the report you submitted at WP:AIV wasn't responded (I guess because it was a complex case and admins didn't consider it vandalism). And you are right by observing the edit pattern of User:Somonlast and 95.121.243.234, they seem to be same. You can report this issue at WP:ANI. And I hope 3RR case is excused this time. Actually, I believe making these kinds of racism charges with 100%-unreliable sources is borderline vandalism. But whether it's vandalism or not hardly matters. Somonlast (talk · contribs) is a single-purpose account for the purposes of advocating UniversityLeaks, from what the edits are. Hopefully my more-detailed warning will get Somonlast to stop and actually discuss, because he/she has not made any talk page comments except a disruptive editing request.Jasper Deng (talk) 04:27, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
