July 2021 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Slhfbvladjhvb", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it contains a long sequence of random or meaningless characters. This makes your username difficult to type, search for, and remember which hinders collaboration between editors. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Please change your username to something more meaningful. Train of Knowledge (Talk) 22:55, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Train of Knowledge, thank you. I agree with your note [1] and also think such a filter should work at the point of choosing a name, which would save a lot of time versus what we are going through now. Btw please could you show me where in username policy it opposes a sequence of random or meaningless characters? I honestly had no idea about that and can't immediately see it; moreover I have seen such names in use although I concur they were shorter. I assumed colleagues would refer to me as 'Slh'. -Slhfbvladjhvb (talk) 05:06, 4 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
