Request reason:

I'm not really sure why I've been blocked, I created a wiki account so I could edit my fathers wiki page, he's not really tech savy so he asks me to do it. In this case he wanted me to upload a more recent photo, and so I made an account waited 4 days and made 10 edits, and then proceeded to try and upload the image, only to be blocked, I just want to update my fathers wiki page without hinderance, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Cooper_(football_manager), thanks again guys. Decline reason:

So rather than making ten legitimate edits, you vandalise and then undo the vandalism? How on earth is that demonstrating you are here to productively contribute to the Wikipedia? Yamla (talk) 11:32, 29 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

It appears to me that you were just making dummy edits to get the 10 edits to be autoconfirmed, is this correct? That would make it seem like you are not here to contribute to the encyclopedia. 331dot (talk) 09:08, 29 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

The reason I made those dummy edits was to be auto confirmed, I've been editing my fathers wiki for quite some time now, I've made contributions to that page specifically updating outdated information, and even correcting it, I've just never had an account before, so when I was asked to change the picture I discovered I needed an account, I'm not to knowledgeable in other areas and I'm not comfortable making legitimate changes unless I know what I'm talking about, which is why I made those edits and undid them, I believed them to be harmless as my overall goal was to provide a more accurate representation of my father. I will continue to edit this page and update it to the best of my ability, it just seems I wont be able to upload an image. Please reconsider. SilveriteKey (talk) 13:48, 29 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
