- I haven't reviewed in a bit, but your note is a good reminder for me to get back involved in the project. I see you've reviewed Chanelle Pickett already (which looks like a solid article), but my advice always (as you may already know) is that your best resource as a reviewer is to constantly be cross referencing pages & subpages over on WP:N (I am consistently surprised at the breadth of guidelines for specific article genres) and of course WP:THREE. - While we're on the subject, what do you think about Draft:A colorful life? It needs work regarding the Manual of Style, but notability (or lack thereof) isn't clear. It won an award: not a major one, but it still looks relevant. - Sorry, have been AfK for a bit -- looks like it was declined since you were looking at it. I think the decline was the right move (for now). This is because it has only one citation where the film is the primary subject -- there are other citations with passing mention, which is useful, but not sufficient to demonstrate notability. I would expect to see two more citations where the film is the primary subject.
- While we're on the subject, what do you think about Draft:A colorful life? It needs work regarding the Manual of Style, but notability (or lack thereof) isn't clear. It won an award: not a major one, but it still looks relevant. And being from Africa, I feel like the "burden of proof" of notability should be a little lighter there than with subjects from developed countries, though this is a subjective thought. - I hear you on trying to recognize underserved subjects, but remember -- it's not WP's job to WP:RIGHTGREATWRONGS.
