--Sigwald (talk) 09:50, 18 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello edit

Hey, I just thought I give you a quick response regarding this edit of yours from October. On Wikipedia, Tajiks, Hazaras, etc are all lumped as "Persian" despite no nation counting them as Persian or Iranian (obviously). Only inhabitants from Iran are, like always. I know this "bogus" is confusing as in Russian, like virtually all other nations, Iranians are called "Persi" or "Persidsky", depending on the sentence. The reason they number Tajiks in Russia under it as well is because they speak some dialect of Persian. But yeah, that's why the number is much higher as it also includes Tajiks, etc, in Russia as well, heh. Don't ask me why they do it explicitly here simply and only based on language, but it's futile to start a discussion against it anyway. Just wanted to explain you as for why the number is much higher than that 3,000 thingy, which was a concer you raised. Hope it cleared some things up. :-) Bests - LouisAragon (talk) 18:39, 8 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

@LouisAragon: Ok, thanks for clarifying. --Sigwald (talk) 08:21, 9 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

What did you object to? edit

Was there something specific that was a problem with the edit to Nachtmahr (band)? I see that I didn't finish marking the EP album names, and so extra "}}" displayed. Is that what you noticed? Shenme (talk) 20:41, 2 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Shenme: Yes, Album names marking was the problem. Also I've never saw using lang template to mark album names in other articles. --Sigwald (talk) 08:25, 3 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

IBAN edit

Your post to User talk:PashaTarsius was uncalled for and inflammatory. I will partial block you as you cannot keep your Russian Wiki conflicts off the English Wikipedia. I ask you to stay away from User talk:PashaTarsius just as I asked him to keep away from you. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 18:44, 16 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Deepfriedokra: Lol, a simple warning was enough, seriously. I can stay away from him without partial block. --Sigwald (talk) 19:04, 16 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Deepfriedokra: Also check this edit. He's not a vandal, it's just me a terrible russian bully, yeah... --Sigwald (talk) 19:11, 16 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Deepfriedokra: Thanks for the revert. P.S. I agree it was my mistake to write him about editing that article. Didn't think he'd take it literally. --Sigwald (talk) 20:17, 16 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

I understand what I was blocked for. I'm not going to communicate with user PashaTarsius. You can also lift his ban off if you wish, he is almost inactive anyway. Sigwald (talk) 18:29, 2 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Accept reason:

I have unblocked you. If you continue any disagreements from the Russian Wikipedia, I will re-block you. PhilKnight (talk) 22:10, 2 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
