Evaluating Grant's article

The Eugene Grant biography is very interesting. It is very pleasant to read about an article that talks about the life of the pioneers of civil engineering. These people always have my respect because it was not evident back to choose such a complicated career. The technology back then was not that helpful, so everything that comes from these people were pure knowledge. Having people like Grant take Civil Engineering to another level by putting his attention on the economic side of engineering. On the other hand, it would be great if we had a more detailed version of the biography. For example, we do not have much information about the awards that Mr. Grant got throughout his career

Speedy deletion nomination of Project Engineering edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Project Engineering, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ___CAPTAIN MEDUSAtalk 20:49, 5 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

About Project Engineering edit

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Project Engineering a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. ___CAPTAIN MEDUSAtalk 20:50, 5 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Draft moved edit

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your draft located at Project Engineering to a user subpage in your userspace named User:Sidinho26/Project engineering. The main or "article" space is not the appropriate namespace for drafting articles; this should generally be done in Draft: space if it's a completely new article, or your own User: space if it's either a new article or a major revision to an existing article.

On a side note, I'd urge you to take a look at our reliable sources policy; the Monster.com source at the bottom is a blog-type article, and may not meet our criteria for sourcing. Feel free to reach out if you have questions on any of the above! Cheers, cymru.lass (talkcontribs) 21:30, 5 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
