Proposed deletion of Cinematropolis edit

The article Cinematropolis has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Per WP:CRYSTAL and WP:HAMMER, an article about a future album is not viable until there is confirmation for the release date and the track list. The album has only been discussed informally by the band so far. Wikipedia will still be here when the album is closer to reality.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Sharpie Made edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sharpie Made requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. -- Bk314159 (Talk to me and find out what I've done) 02:29, 27 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. A tag has been placed on Sharpie Made requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} at the top of the article, immediately below the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate), and providing your reasons for contesting on the article's talk page, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Recreating deleted articles edit

Please do not recreate articles that had just been deleted at AFD. Doing so makes the article eligible for speedy deletion, which is what happened with One Diamond, One Heart (Smashing Pumpkins song). Please stop doing this. Thanks. Sergecross73 msg me 12:49, 10 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Articles edit

Dude a lot of your articles seem to get nominated for deletion, maybe you should stop making so many. I checked ones you made that are still up, you leave them very messy to a point a Panopticon doesn't even have a working file for it's cover art. You should really fix that. --Mrmoustache14 (talk) 08:52, 16 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for September 17 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Panopticon (song), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Caroline (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

"Tiberius" edit

I deleted your article. An article, even if you have sources, is a copyright violation if it is 99% direct quotes. You may recreate it if you wish (if you feel you can have it meet WP:NSONG - this isn't a single or a charting song, so the odds aren't great) but you need to actually write articles, not just copy and paste every sentence you find about it from a Google search. Sergecross73 msg me 00:20, 4 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Creating articles too soon edit

Do we really need to be doing this every single time the Smashing Pumpkins announce a new single? Look how many articles that have been deleted or redirected in the last five years, based on all the warnings and notifications on this very talk page. Please stop making these premature song articles. Please follow WP:NSONG guidelines, and only make an article once its charting, there's sources covering it in detail, and there's substantial content to be covered by it.
