Rainbow Top Logo?

edit

First, I had to find out what logo that was - I've never heard it referred to as the "rainbow top" logo before, except on one obscure website. Your comment about the "rainbow top" logo being scary is pretty subjective, however. It also makes much more sense to compare it with other British production logos instead of American ones - as this is an article about a British production studio, operating in Britain. I don't think that's a real word. Why have you added it to so many articles here? Steve McKinney 04:50, 9 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Easy reverting

edit

Hello, fellow X-Play protector. I noticed that you mentioned you had trouble reverting all the names in a recent vandalism. An easy way to do so is to click on the article's history, then click on the specific date/time you want to revert back to (for example, the one you wanted was 23:42, December 23, 2005), then click "edit this page". It will give you a warning that you are editing an out-of-date version of the article. Just click "save page" and you're done. That's for your hard work at protecting the page; I kind of gave up on the AotS article because it was vandalized so much. ~ Hibana 22:38, 24 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

edit

I've nominated Gedza (computer virus), an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Gedza (computer virus) satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Speedy deletion of Heavy sleeping

edit

A tag has been placed on Heavy sleeping requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. —CyclonenimT@lk? 09:25, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Redirect of Hidrag Virus

edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Hidrag Virus, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Hidrag Virus is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Hidrag Virus, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of Midnight Spank

edit

The article Midnight Spank has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable programming block

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:03, 25 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
