International Seapower Symposium

Hi! Thanks for you r work on International Seapower Symposium - it seems like a topic we need coverage on. :) If possible, though, it needs to have references from sources outside of the symposium itself. I know they exist, and I'll add a couple, but while there's nothing wrng in using primary sources in this case, there's a risk the article could be nominated for deletion unless some more reliable sources are added which discuss the symposium. Generally, I find it best to stick to newspapers and magazines in thsi sort of article, as it is generally easier to show notability that way.
