British Columbia article "Regime change" edit
Just so you are aware, regime does not imply evil, contrary to popular media beliefs. I have reverted your edit to British Columbia, as I feel "regime" is more appropriate to the Campbell government, and indeed any particular government that isn't a caretaker government.
From Merriam-Webster:
Regime: 2 a : mode of rule or management b : a form of government <a socialist regime> c : a government in power <predicted that the new regime would fall> d : a period of rule
