Simple Syntax for Defining Semantic Relationships edit
If online resources such as Google or Wikipedia could be made to understand semantic relationships, they would come much closer to true artificial intelligence.
Here's a simple syntax that can be used to define semantic relations:
s: root concept == related concept
s: root === related === related
Where s: = semantic relationship to be defined; root concept = the concept to be defined; related concept = the semantically related concept.
For some reason, I prefer having the number of equals signs between each atom equal the number of relations to be defined; however, I recognize that s: root = related = related = related works just as well. Examples:
s: fire = burn = pain = red
s: rose = love = "Romeo & Juliet"
Of course, the person defining the semantic relations has to be trusted; otherwise, some nefarious person could define bogus relations.
