I am a Dispute Resolution Volunteer. I closed your case at WP:DRN because DRN has no jurisdiction over the Vietnamese Wikipedia.

It has been explained to you several times that you were blocked on the Vietnamese Wikipedia (vi.wikipedia.org) and that nobody on the English Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org) has any jurisdiction over the Vietnamese Wikipedia. You keep ignoring the answer that several people have given you (WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT) and instead have posted your compliant to Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Clarification and Amendment, then to Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard, then to Wikipedia:Help desk. This is blatant WP:FORUMSHOPPING.

If your behavior here is any indication, I can understand why you got blocked.

STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT EVENTS THAT HAPPENED ON THE VIETNAMESE WIKIPEDIA HERE ON THE ENGLISH WIKIPEDIA! WE CANNOT HELP YOU!!
