Conflict of interest spamming

Hi, Daniel. I am an internationally known expert on a variety of statistical topics. Noting how very out of date your bibliography was for four topics, I added four of my own recent books. Your removal of them leaves your reference list on these topics woefully out of date. I guess I will not be able to list any of my books. IMHO, letting authors list relevant books would serve the interests of Wiki readers. IMHO, they should be removed only if not central to the page topic. Now that you blocked me for trying to help add pertinent bibliography, I guess I will not be making any statistical contributions of any kind. I would just say you need to reexamine the policy here since it is serving readers very poorly, as evidenced by the very outdated bibliography these pages are carrying.
