Your articles edit

  1. Betta
    • This needs more stuff, sure, but that's not what we're after. We want to work mostly with what's there and what's there is already ok enough. So let's skip this one.
  1. Lake Mineral Wells State Park & Trailway
    • Not enough content for us to work with here.
  1. Magnoliids
    • Ok, I see some problems here but they are related to some scientific issues. This might be hard to handle (see the question about the classifications in the talk page--I kind of think this debate over classifications has taken over this article. The question is: are willing to get into the middle of it here to fix the issue? I wouldn't recommend it in this case for hte simple reason that we don't really have enough time to leave a discussion open for others to comment and figure out what to do. The "economic uses" could be separated into subheadings, but this would be a pretty quick edit. So I'm not sure you want to take this one on.
  1. 500 yen note
    • Not much here either
  1. American fried rice
    • Again, need more content and research. Most of what is here is not great for Wikipedia. It's a bit closer to where we want, but it's still not ideal. We actually want articles that have a decent amount of sources but not great writing.

So it looks like you're having some issues wrapping your head around what we're after. Go back and review the first three Canvas modules to make sure you have a better sense of what we're doing. We aren't really aiming to add content or even sources, unless doing so is a small part of moving an article forward. If you're still having trouble by Monday, we can talk it over. You could always grab leftover articles then. There are a few people who have found a lot of good articles. Be patient with yourself here--this is a tough task to wrap your head around.
