Request reason:
I am not using multiple accounts. I requested to change the account name and when it was done I was prompted to create a new log in. I thought I was all good to go and suggested an edit for Immaculate Heart Academy when I was blocked. Please let me know what I can do to fix the issue, what I can do in the future to avoid this issue further down the road, and have me unblocked.Ryan at caruso (talk) 16:36, 20 July 2021 (UTC)

Request reason:
I am not able to log into Ryan Caruso at Caruso Digital. Since the rename of the account, Wikipedia says the log in information is incorrect. I was then prompted to create a new log in and ended up with this page, Ryan at Caruso. If there is a way for it to be fixed please let me know. I would like to resolve this issue in an efficient and kind manner. Thank you.

Changing the username of an account does not change the password of the account, only the name, and there should have been a block on creating new accounts from your IP address. 331dot (talk) 14:09, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

However, I am no longer able to log into that account, it says the information is not correct when nothing has changed. I assume the username that should be inserted is the new one, while the password is the same. When I do that it says username and password are incorrect when I know they are indeed the right ones. - Make sure that you typed in the username exactly correct; that sounds silly to say, but it is a common login error. How did you create this account when you should have been prevented from doing so, at least at the same location? 331dot (talk) 14:20, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

Hello, we recent had an employee suggest edits to an account without suggestion. This employee is no longer with us. Can you please assist me, with unblocking our IP and username? Your former employee may have ruined things for you; you'll need to create your own account for use by a specific user, but it will be hard to convince us that you are not a sockpuppet, as we don't know who is sitting at the computer editing. 331dot (talk) 19:17, 18 August 2021 (UTC)
- I understand your concern that multiple people will log with one user profile. I can reassure you that there will only be two senior members making suggestion edits and we both have created our own unique user ids. If it helps regain trust, we can keep the old username blocked or have them taken down. Please let me know if this satisfies the demand and will get us unblocked. Ryan at caruso (talk)

I will be honest in that it will not be easy to convince us to unblock you, but that's your only path forward.
