WYII on the Williamsport, Maryland page edit

It is unnecessary to post about a station that is only licensed to Williamsport. WICL's studios are in Martinsburg, it's tower in Hagerstown. Not every town's page requires what media once was located there. - NeutralHomerTalk • November 11, 2008 @ 03:15

Better idea, why not add the information to the WICL page. - NeutralHomerTalk • November 11, 2008 @ 03:44
That's why I said, add the information to the WICL page. Most people know that WYII was on 95.9 and 95.9 is now WICL, so add the history information to the history section of the WICL page. Make ya happy, I will add the Hagerstown/Martinsburg market template to the bottom of the page, but I don't think an added section is necessary for a station that is only licensed there. If the station had studios there, broadcast from there, this would be a non-issue. - NeutralHomerTalk • November 11, 2008 @ 03:53
I took advantage and updated the history section, since you didn't. Take a look at the "History" of the WICL page. - NeutralHomerTalk • November 11, 2008 @ 04:07
As do I... - NeutralHomerTalk • November 11, 2008 @ 04:48

Billy Sunday edit

In the "Billy Sunday" article, there are some responses for some of your "citations needed" boxes posted on the discussion page. Hope that satisfies your questions.Rocketj4 (talk) 16:27, 1 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Social stigma edit

Hello! We have been merging the article Social stigma (to which you have recently edited) into the article Stigma (sociological theory). Part of the merge has already been performed (that is one of the reasons why the article Social stigma is far from complete).

Could you help us completing the merge? We would like to transfer all the contents of Social stigma to the article Stigma (sociological theory), and then turn Social stigma into a redirect. --Antonielly (talk) 18:50, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism or Grammar... edit

Under no definition is this correct grammar:

No. No!!!!!!!!!! I'm done with all that, thank you!!!! I never set out to be a director. After Spock had died, sort of, in Star Trek II, they brought me in for a meeting and asked if I'd like to be involved in Star Trek III, in the making of it, and I had been told that I should be directing. I took it as an insult because I thought, 'what's wrong with my acting'''''???????' But I thought maybe now I should do that and I said I'd like to direct the movie, and I suddenly found myself with a directing career which I had enjoyed and I had enough of it. I directed, I think, five or six films -- I had a good time!!!!!!

Nice try, though. Also, sign your posts on talk pages with four tildes (~~~~). Thanks a bunch. BAPACop (converse) 00:55, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Regardless of your opinion on how he said it (and mine too), there is no official style of grammar where multiple exclamation points, bolding, and italics are correct. MOS:QUOTE, WP:MOS#Italics, MOS:EXCLAMATION, you can look up more for yourself here. Also, with my sarcasm, I was referring to your attempt to pass off stuff' like this!!! as correct grammar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????? BAPACop (converse) 19:46, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Journey "Niceness" edit

You can "yipe yipe yipe" all day, but it won't help. Experienced editors tire of these whinings very quickly, and crave only entries from contributors with BALLS, not cherrystones. Don't be that guy who needs to be drop-kicked like an insufferable lap-dog. Try also not to be too offended by edits that may hurt your precious feelings, but simply happen to coincide with the truth...

In short: toughen up, or be prepared to cry yourself to sleep on a daily/nightly basis. This isn't for kindergarteners...

Again, very sorry (see my talk page). Kindly disregard this mistakenly sent message (Doh!). The last line was not a threat, but a line from "Full Metal Jacket". When I draft something, I sometimes start angry, then make it more civil. This was not meant to be sent to you, and I feel quite embarrassed that it was. Once again, I'm quite sorry, and please no hard feelings... Doc9871 (talk) 05:25, 14 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Deleting your userpage edit

I've deleted your userpage, because when you last edited it, you said, "I wanted this deleted". Feel free to recreate it if you want to, of course; or if for some reason you want to put it back to the way it was before, tell me and I can restore it. Nyttend (talk) 15:33, 15 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
