- Sorry it took so long for me to reply! I've been away from here for a while. ^^;; Well, I tried to explain it as best I could on the actual WikiProject page, but if there is anything particular you need clarified, I'll do my best. :)
- Basically, I'm thinking now that we could maybe note which Wikipedians seem to be extremely knowledgable in certain areas and keep a list, and let people also know that this project exists and recommend they put the project's Talk page on their Watchlist in case anybody posts requests for help on articles they might be interested in.

This is off topic but wanted to clarify your entry about the Palm Bay Senior High graduation controversy original deletion.
I am the father of Jennifer Musgrove, a Buddhist, who brought the suit along with Dianne Narcisso, NOT Jennifer's mother. Jennifer's mother (my ex-wife)is a devout Fundametalist Christian who, no doubt, would be offended to be called an Atheist.
Also, your original post claimed that no other venue in Brevard was large enough to hold graduation ceremonies. FIT's Clemente Center was not only used for graduations before the controversy but was used again in 2006 after the school board settled our lawsuit.
I tried to edit your story but my edit was deleted so I contacted Wickipedia directly to have it corrected or taken down. They chose to take it down.
You are right that this story deserves to be on Wickipedia. No one involved has any problems with names being mentioned. The case is Musgrove vs. Brevard County School Board. The plaintiffs were Jennifer Musgrove, her father, a Buddhist and Dianne Narcisso, an atheist author of the book "Like Rolling Uphill:Realizing The Honesty Of Atheism" and mother of a Palm Bay High ninth grader at the time.

Having a look at Wikiproject: Fan Fiction, which has recently been marked "inactive", you appear to be the one and only current member, since the other two haven't edited in months. Do you consider this project to be active and ongoing? If not, I suggest that it possibly be deleted or merged into another, similar wikiproject. Please let me know what your opinion on this is. - I haven't deleted it, the above link is incorrect due to a typo. It's still there at Wikipedia:WikiProject Fan Fiction. A couple of months ago, I was adding some terms (Example: SI) to that page and gave major edits to it. I ordered a lot of the definitions and terms so the categories were not repeated. Found out it did that a lot... My point is that I hope you didn't mind those changes and corrections; this has been the only page I've worked on.
Today as I was browsing through to check its order, it came to my attention that not all terms are correct or are expanded on (Example: review PWP). I'm probably being nit-picky and seem extremely bratty, but I'm really just trying to help, heh. I did come upon this article as a joke to start off with anyways.

- First - I must thank you for bringing up this page, since it reminded me that I really needed to put it on my Watchlist (I only recently really learned how to use the Watchlist, heh)! Also, I found a few tweaks that needed to be done. :)
- Second - I regret that I cannot reply to you directly on your user talk, since you do not appear to have a userpage set up at this time. I'm hoping you've still got my Talk page on your Watchlist or something though. :)
- Third - thanks for the heads up! While some terms (such as OOC) are so common that surfing almost any large fan fiction archive will eventually show them to be used frequently in the context described, otherwise, they're hard to source (I'd kill for a newspaper article or book reference that could provide actual sources for things beyond the basics like "Mary Sue" and "Canon", but I've yet to run across one). This gives us considerable difficulty with this article, but is a necessary evil we're dealing with bit by bit. So, simply mentioning that "[not everything is] correct or expanded on" is certainly not causing a commotion, since it's merely stating a problem with the article that is fairly obvious and will need to be dealt with over time anyway. :)
- Fourth - thank you for mentioning "PWP" specifically. I think I spotted what you were talking about, and fixed it. It was somewhat amusing, but not at all POV and wasn't really fit for Wikipedia. :) I'll be going through the rest of it as well now, I think.
- Fifth point - please do engage us on the Talk page, I'll be sure to respond there, and if you put the Talk page on your Watchlist, you'll be aware of any new posts to it. :) Runa27 20:27, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

- You are perfectly entitled to regard the model in the picture you inserted in the corset article as more attractive than I am, though I can't see why that makes it a more appropriate picture for the article. Indeed, I suggest that it is a less appropriate picture, since I was wearing a proper steel-boned corset whereas that is not a proper corset. Anyway, I suspect that you may be in breach of Wikipedia etiquette by replacing a picture in that way without seeking consensus on the talk page. - FOR THE RECORD: It just occured to me that many people reading this Talk page might not realize that my (original) response to this was not here, but on Taxwoman's page. Thus, I shall point out here as well that I said nothing about the model in my edit sumary, only saying the other picture was better, and that I was referring to picture quality, not the quality of the model (I have no idea how they read that as me not thinking the model was attractive, really, but these things happen I guess). - As a disinterested outside observer, I also replied on Theriac's talk page. However it appears that we were both editing it at the same time so now the indentation is a little off. WP edit
WP: is not a namespace. It is a pseudo-namespace used only for redirects with very short titles, eg. WP:NFT and only for redirects to important, well established pages. Even if they were in the true Wikipedia: namespace, I do not think that Wikipedia:WikiProject Hugo and Nebula Award Winners needs the mass of redirects that you were proposing. The best way to advertise the project is by comments on as many Talk: and Wikipedia_talk: pages as you can think of - people watch those, they do not watch for new redirects. -- RHaworth 10:09, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
