Proposed deletion of Marty Grunder

The article Marty Grunder has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article does not meet the general notability guidelines - for inclusion, an article requires significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. I cannot find such coverage, so this seems to fail the WP:BIO requirements.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Chzz  ►  23:08, 5 October 2009 (UTC)

Atkins

This was not a good edit. I'm very happy for well-sourced support of Atkins to go in, but it should be direct support of him, not just low-carb diets, and you need to word it neutrally, see WP:NPOV. The wording you added sounded like advocacy, as though you were trying to 'set the record straight' which is something we don't do. Fences&Windows 02:18, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
