Alternative NJ Governor Template edit

I created Template:NJGovernorsAlt which breaks down by the three post-independence constitutions and lists governors who served multiple times. This porovides a break into logical groupings. It also allows people to find a governor who they know served before or after some other governor without having to search for a previous term of service. It also eliminates the conern that if the sequence was ABAC, that listing it as ABC would imply that B was succeeded directly by C (ignoring acting governors). Any thoughts? Can I get you to hop onto Wikiproject New Jersey, which endeavors to fill in and expand the information in Wikipedia about all things New Jersey? Alansohn 21:20, 17 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Love the work you've done with this cartogram, but I think there's an error in the colouring for South Carolina...? Bondegezou (talk) 14:22, 29 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yup, you've got Romney winning it instead of McCain. Like the user above, very much like the graphics. Interesting to see how the two parties' distributions differ. --98.204.88.187 (talk) 14:30, 29 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Pledged delegate maps edit

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the pledged delegates maps. I haven't found any similar visual representation anywhere else on the web. I'm looking forward to the update including Super Tuesday results. If you would like help getting the data together, drop me a line. - Atarr (talk) 16:12, 6 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think the Minnesota Democratic pledged delegate results are ready to put into the next revision of your map: 48 for Obama, 24 for Clinton, with 16 unpledged. Wdfarmer (talk) 02:53, 7 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

A request has been made at the graphics lab that an SVG version of the image be made. I'm guessing that you might just have one. If you do , please consider uploading it. Thanks, Sagredo⊙☿♀♁♂♃♄ 21:45, 6 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

September 2010 edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If the edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.  ono  02:32, 1 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
