Respected sir,

The article on Sikhareswar Jena who led Odisha Fire service for nearly a decade,1980s and whose idea of setting up rural Fire stations,impacting the lives of of majority of population of Odisha,particularly in its countryside,the first Fire officer,being awarded the President's award for meritorious service in 1980 , a notable Fire engineer of Odisha, needs to be reviewed and upgraded to an article as it meets all wikipedia guidelines.He was largely responsible for development of Odisha Fire service in post-independent India.He used to deliver talks on fire-fighting and prevention regularly in All India Radio and Doordarshan in 1980s,which are not preserved due to lack of Archival facilities then and computerisation.He has no doubt impacted rural common folk of Odisha in fire services in fire-fighting and prevention.He was a leading fire engineer of Odisha.I have supplemented the write-up on Sikhareswar Jena, duly edited by esteemed editor,Ammarpad.I request that the article on Sikhareswar Jena,who is no more, be upgraded to an Article.With warm regards and submissions. {{unblock|Your reason here: Dear sir/Madam: I am an independent user and a person, no way even related to user Jena Amiya Kumar as alleged act of multiple accounts I have not shared my user id and password with any one. 
	I am having my separate email id for more than 6 years and irrefutable and veritable evidence, and having unique identification number as citizen of India which can be verified from Aadhaar Card, PAN card and other documents issued by Government of India based on biometric impression/photo/etc, not disclosing online here for reasons of security. 
	My permanent address is also verifiable along with family members details of which are recorded in different Government records. I am neither a proxy nor a puppet of any one, nor canvassing for any one as alleged.
	Further, it may be verified that the computer and laptop used by me are owned by a Public Department, not personally owned by me or any alleged user.  IP address is meant for PC or Laptop not for users. In this case, IP address of a PC or Laptop is same for a several users using same PC or Laptop, in a large Public Department.
	Furthermore, it is further submit that I have no vested interest in editing the subject/article on a dead personality Sikhareswar Jena belonging to different state of India i.e. Odisha to whom I am not related any manner. I have neither                          mis-constructed/twisted any such data/information to mislead. My entire editing is totally neutral and transparent, not out of any prejudice or vested or pecuniary interest, not having any conflict of interest by any stretch of imagination, being a free lance editor.
	Since I was interested in fire engineering from my college day, I came across the draft on Sikhareswar Jena of my neighbouring state on websites to whom I am not related by blood or by friendship or by kinship or  by any means which was incidentally saved on one of these PCs. Every details of the article including correspondence and other facts disclosed by me are available on internet. I wrote that draft for your consideration. I was not at all doing so out of pressure from any quarter.

I was very keen and having hobby to be an editor from the third world coming from country side of Gaya, Bihar, India. I was always fascinated by very transparent objective and neutral highlight the subalterns and socio-economic issues of India and its countryside. 
Though I abide by and respect your decision, I request your august office to earnestly consider to revoke the block in the best interests of editing, creative writing and transforming of view. If it is consider but not agreed, I will still respect your decision and abide by your order.
