I am an American in my early 30s. I love Wikipedia and have been an avid user of it for a long time. I am now engaging as an editor with a simple goal: improving neutrality and credibility on Wikipedia (while avoiding any introduction of my own bias) and also make minor edits to improve Wikipedia. I am not looking to attack or remove views contrary to my own, nor am I looking to add in bias (even if alongside other bias). I simply want to keep Wikipedia focused on neutral fact-based language and, where controversies are unavoidable, to represent both views fairly alongside each other.

Whether you're already aware of this or not, I think it's appropriate to point out that blanking warning messages does not remove them from public record, and any experienced editor will know where to look for them. I should also note that while you do have a right to remove almost all of them, habitually doing so very soon after they have been posted and ostensibly without any sort of acknowledgement probably won't earn you any bonus points in any community discussion of your conduct. That's fair AngryHarpy...I just think it's unnecessary to post these messages on my personal talk page when this discussion can occur on the article talk page. It seems aggressive to me; that is the only reason why I've been blanking the messages here. Wishing you well...
