I thought you looked a bit experienced at things for a completely new user... Are you in Bucks yourself? There is a category you can add to your user page at Category:Wikipedians in Bucks. The category is looking a bit empty at the moment... -- Francs2000 | Talk 12:36, 2 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Clifton edit

Aside from commercial links not being encyclopædic, it was odd to have external links to commercial enterprises not even mentioned in the text. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 10:50, 5 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

AGA cooker edit

Thank you for pointing out the improperly labeled image. Would you happen to have an actual AGA cooker pic? ˉˉanetode╦╩ 09:27, 26 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Wow, that was quick. Nice work ˉˉanetode╦╩ 14:53, 26 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I have linked your AGA-talk-page section to http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2009/jan/13/heathrow-campaigners-environmentalism-brendan-oneill , which discusses this. PJTraill (talk) 09:19, 30 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Stone Church of England Combined School edit

I am sorry that you were not happy with me merging the information from this article and redirecting the page to the Stone, Buckinghamshire article. As you can see I have previously edited this article and those of other Buckinghamshire primary schools. However, I have come to the conclusion that there are insufficient editors prepared to maintain this material and that it is better to merge primary school information into their relevant locality articles. If you would like to discuss this please post on the school article or on my talk page. ~ Scribble Monkey (talk) 00:37, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

The material that was omitted is present word for word on the school website. I know we touched on the copyright status of the material before on the article's talk page, and that we were happy to leave it on the school's article. I was not as sure that we should replicate the text on the village article though. The fact that the material is all available through the school link means that nothing is lost, but a rewrite would be even better. What do you think? ~ Scribble Monkey (talk) 08:55, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
I understand that, but the content is a copy/paste from the school website, which carries a copyright notice. Surely that is the issue. ~ Scribble Monkey (talk) 09:50, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
As previously mentioned, we had touched on the copyright status of some of the material before. Might I suggest that you make the changes, which you believe are required, to the Stone article and change the school article to redirect to it. ~ Scribble Monkey (talk) 09:33, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Please yourself. Thanks for all your help on this one. ~ Scribble Monkey (talk) 17:38, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Harlow Carr Photo edit

I agree that the photo is much too small. It came from Geograph and I didn't realise how small it was until it actually appeared. I'm treating it as a place holder until I can go and take a picture myself. Thanks for the message.--Harkey Lodger (talk) 17:54, 20 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your message re the photo I've uploaded the file and resized the image on the page. The image I've uploaded is not very good when it is enlarged, but it is better than it was.--Harkey Lodger (talk) 15:08, 25 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
