Please stop citing the sources of your information in your edit summary as you did at Jharkhand. The citations must be included in the article, next to the information, and correctly formatted. Please see Help:Referencing for beginners for how to do this. Please also note that Wikipedia is NOT a reliable source, so your poverty claim will need a proper reference.
Furthermore, nothing should be added to the lead - the introductory paragraphs - that is not already covered in the body of the article; the lead is just a summary of the article.
