Adamstraw, please see the BLP guidelines.

If am quoting the same "A person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty and convicted by a court of law. For people who are relatively unknown, editors must give serious consideration to not including material in any article suggesting that the person has committed, or is accused of committing, a crime unless a conviction is secured.[5] If different judicial proceedings result in seemingly contradictory judgements that do not override each other,[6] refrain from using pithy descriptors or absolutes and instead use more explanatory information." Please read the guidelines carefully. A person accused of crime is presume innocent and the warrant is overturned. So it should be removed.

November 2012 edit

Hello, I'm Noopur28. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to [[:Nirmal Baba]] because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Dear Raj9272, It is clear that you are using your Wikipedia account only to edit the Nirmal Baba and are pushing peacock words and your point of view in it. Please refrain from doing so. Read the Wikipedia:Manual of Style and please make good faith edits. Do NOT promote Nirmal Baba and do NOT remove references and sections regarding the fraud allegations. You may add more info to explain the case was withdrawn without deleting things. Noopur28 (talk) Noopur28 (talk) 17:44, 19 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
