Unblock me edit

@Matiia: @Izno: @Dereckson: Sir you mentioned my name in comments in english wiki, but unfortunately i have been blocked by mistakenly alleging that somebody and User:Rachitrali are using the same IP, I am using one IP address in cafe, library, if someone is also using the same IP address, then this is not my fault and my IP can not be blocked on the basis of one IP address, I believe I will not used puppet of me Please dont block me I will use 1 user. please unblock me so that I can defend myself by replying in the comments you mentioned me. Regard--Raki 17:30, 3 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Matiia: @Izno: @Dereckson: The sockmaster for this appears to be Akbaralighazi and you've listed Rachitrali as a suspected sockpuppet at this investigation. There have been other many editors that have edited the khowar articles since its creation in 2008-2017 so it may be better to argue for blocking the regular contributor wikipedia based on criteria other than sockpuppetry. Some of the editors edited khowar articles in khowar wikipedia incubator project quite extensively and while these were undone by confirmed socks, this doesn't make it a denial of a approved wiki project on that basis alone. There is a decent articles, assertion of notability of Khowar language and Khowar Wikipedia here so it would be better to engage more contributor for khowar wikipeidia and clean the khowar articles. I request you to unblock me so that i can defend myself --Raki 01:55, 4 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

@Berean Hunter: Being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the one sided decision of User:Barean Hunder who blocked my account for indefinite period on the basis of misunderstanding and presumption that another user akbaralighazi is also using the same IP address, please note that i am part of WMF and a test admin in incubator and localizing the system mesgs into pakistani languages. sir instead of blocking Akbaralighazi you blocked the User Rachitrali who is test admin and worked with Wikimedia since 2010 without claiming a single penny from WMF, I have translated more than 1000 system messages into khowar language for khowar wikipedia and created more than 7000 khowar articles for wikipedia, this is not fair, this is discrimination that you have indefinitely blocked the test admin on the basis of presumption and the basis of same IP, please block akbaralighazi if he seems to be sock but I am real contributor of wikipedia and a test admin in incubator project and selflessly and tireless working with WMF by translating system messages and localizing the interface messages into Pakistani languages. Please keep in mind sir that on the basis of same IP one genuine and active user and test admin cannot be blocked indefinitely, please unblock me so that i'll all the remaining localization for creation of wikipedia in khowar language. thanks-Raki 10:01, 15 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

If you indeed are a part of the Wikimedia Foundation's staff, please ask one of your colleagues to confirm that with a WMF staff account. That would still not addresses the problems with your conduct: Even if we ignore the sockpuppetry issue, you were blatantly promoting your own work on Wikipedia. See WP:SPAM. I have adjusted your request to be unblocked so that other admins will be able to see it and evaluate. After seeing the report from the steward at my posting on the COI noticeboard, they indicate otherwise. Checkusers at meta determined that you were socking.
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 16:39, 16 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

By the way, you have some explaining to do. You created an article about yourself in 2010 and it was deleted. When it went to AfD after the first sock case in 2015, you posted this: "...This article is written by some wikipedian. I have no relation to the Writer of this article...." but that is patently false. The one who wrote that was Mirajbibi. Here is a photo of you taken in 2003 and the uploader is that same editor. He uploaded it in 2012, a few months after you claimed to not know them. Please explain. Also, the use of the word "Imminent" as a title on that photo is the sort of peacock language that clearly illustrates a COI.
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 18:16, 16 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
...and you gave yourself credit for that same photo here. How does that work?
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 21:26, 16 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Berean Hunter: sir, the photo Here is a photo has been uploaded by some Wikipedia, if there is some wrong statement please edit the same according to wiki policy, rules and guidelines--Raki 01:19, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Not uploaded by "some Wikipedia"(n)...you know this person and pretty much their edits have been to promote you. You need to explain this with some truth involved.
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 04:11, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Berean Hunter: I am really disappointed, instead of appreciating of my contributions you linked me with sock Akbar, this is not fair. Being a linguist, author, researcher, engineer, scientist and Inventor and sufi poet Allama Iqbal's translator I am notable in Pakistan and more than 100 and above writer wrote articles about me and more than 20 tv channels and 40 newspaper has already produced documentry reports about my life and works and my services for the endangerd languages of Pakistan. The one of the leading Pashto TV channel Mashriq TV has recently produced a documentary about me [1], 92NewsHD tv [2], ARY News TV [3] this is not the issue, the issue is you linked my user page with the sock akbaralighazi who has already been blocked, this is not fair, I am a responsible and notable personality and working with you WMF as a volunteer editor and not claiming for my articles, translations and localization services from WMF but you mentioned my name with sock akbaralighazi already blocked user. If you think that akbaralighazi is sock and vandalizing in wikipedia then block him permanently and unblock me as I am also working with you as a responsible person, I assure you sir I'll contribute with Wiki free of cost in future- Regards --Raki 11:57, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
We are mostly volunteers that do not receive a penny either so you can stop referencing that. No one has disparaged any positive contributions that you may have made and I'm not questioning your notability. We have several outstanding questions that you have yet to answer. As yet, no member of the WMF has vouched for you or your proprietary claim of a WMF affiliation in your unblock request as requested by Huon. You have not given an adequate accounting of the fact that you actually know the other participants in those AfDs and you all appear to have been working in tandem with a disregard for core policies such as WP:SOCK & WP:COI. I would expect any experienced editor to know and abide by those let alone someone who is supposed to be an admin on a Wikimedia-affiliated project.
What is this? Someone using a static IP address that is entirely associated with you (publicly as seen here) and whose usage has been almost exclusively you, left that barnstar and signed it as our established Wiki editor Nina. I have a feeling that she didn't do that and that the whole thing is a forgery. I don't see this in her contribs to match that date and moreover the signature has been faked...our software doesn't automatically date with the month "Ocotber". Someone had to spell that out. If Nina really gave you that then I will apologize to you for that. Next we see this interesting edit which comes from that same IP but now has Mar4d's sig appended to the barnstar. Strangely, I don't see in Mar4d's contribs or the history of this talk page where he may have really done that so I have doubts that this is legit.. Some explanations are in order. If that was him then he will need to explain !voting here and using that same IP which would indicate culpability on his part but again, I'll wait for plausible explanations.
Here you participated with your IP in your 2nd AfD about your own article but tried to pretend this wasn't the case when confronted instead of just owning up to it. Here you try to promote yourself to Picture of the day and notably give credit to that photo to Miraj...so you indeed knew him for years. You won't be able to dodge these questions. Anyone that would seriously give consideration to unblocking you will have these answers. The longer you delay being honest with us, the more evidence I'll drag before you to show that we aren't blind to your activities and who people are. You seem to think that I have confused you for the named sockmaster when you don't understand that the case is being looked at as a nest of meatpuppets. Address your behavior, please.
 — Berean Hunter (talk) 18:39, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Since I was pinged, I can confirm that the barnstar mentioned was given by me here (not anywhere else though). No comment on the rest, as I am unfamiliar with the background of this case. Mar4d (talk) 18:49, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Mar4d: sir please check this[4] your goodself has granted this Barnstar to me and now you are denying this, what is this? please recheck and give your comments here Thanks --Raki 02:34, 18 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
No, he isn't denying it. He states above that he gave you the barnstar.

The sock Akbar Ali has already been blocked years ago, I have no relation to this account, I am using my personal account https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Rachitrali please check this and unblock me, I am not involved in any vandalism nor vandalize any article, the sock seems to be Akbar but you linked my user page him or her. I assure you sir I'll fully cooperate with with Wiki regarding contributions and no self promotional article will be uploaded in wiki in future, please block the socks and unblock me as I have created a Wikipedia in Khowar Language and i am contributing with translatewiki.net by translating more than 1000 system messages into khowar and doing localization in pakistani languages, if you permanently block me than i'll not be able to contribute with WMF regarding normalization of Khowar Wiki, localization of Pakistani language in incubator projects and definate I'll resign from my Test Admintratorship which please note. If you don'nt want to unblock me then I don'nt want to waste my precious time in Incubator Thanks --Raki 05:06, 6 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

We're clearly seeing a blatant campaign of self-promotion here, via multiple accounts (and very likely multiple users) and an apparently common IP, and repeated denials of obvious connections with other accounts. As repeated requests for an explanation of the connections between these accounts have been ignored, talk page access has now been revoked. See WP:UTRS if you wish to appeal further. • Comment: The unblock request above clearly shows that the now deleted utterly promotional (as in bordering on a hagiography) article Rehmat Aziz Chitrali is an autobiography, and also clearly links Rachitrali to a horde of other socks of Akbaralighazi who have created a considerable number of other articles promoting Rehmat Aziz Chitrali, some of whch are now at AfD (and all of which totally lack reliable third-party sources proving the notability of the subject). So all they've ever done here is promoting themself, not helping to build an encyclopaedia. - Tom | Thomas.W talk 09:58, 6 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
Rachitrali: you wrote "definate I'll resign from my Test Admintratorship". seriously you better do it. Otherwise I am sure you will find Khowar Wikipedia you next venue for your self-promotion. May 2017 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself, at Rehmat Aziz Chitrali Gold Medalist. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
