Richard Abanes edit

I am afraid in general, Wikipedia does not delete articles solely on the request of the article's subject; nor does it allow the subject to determine the contents of the article. As I have noted on the talk page of your IP address, feel free to contact the Wikipedia volunteer team about the article (see Wikipedia:Contact us - Subjects and Wikipedia:OTRS), or to contribute to the deletion debate. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 17:51, 4 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi Richard! I've closed the deletion request as per the advice given on that page as well as above by Mike. I left some information there to help you, but I thought I'd also post it here. This should be of some assistance. You're more than welcome to make non-controversial edits on any article, including an article about yourself. Make sure that you keep a neutral point of view and keep this policy in mind. Minor updates are certainly fine. While you may not view yourself as a notable person anymore, others may - which is why the article is currently being kept. If there's anything I can do to help you, feel free to leave me a message and I'll do my best to help. Dusti*Let's talk!* 23:42, 11 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Rabanes, you are invited to the Teahouse edit

Hi Rabanes! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia.
Be our guest at the Teahouse! The Teahouse is a friendly space where new editors can ask questions about contributing to Wikipedia and get help from peers and experienced editors. I hope to see you there! Hajatvrc (I'm a Teahouse host)
