Hello RS9999, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Concussions in American football have been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. Hi:

Concussions in Football is not the same as Concussions in NFL Football , Concussions in Football is all football, youth, high school, semi pro, NFL, etc

Question: All MY work was deleted, how do I get it back to reword some of it? or is gone for good?

However, if the editor is going to disallow content... then I would not exert any additional effort

About 50% was reworded in my own words or use of a single copied sentence, yet it was deleted... Is there a general sense that you did not like the changes.

Most of the deaths are attributed to Head injuries. Not wearing appropriate head gear lead to 19 deaths in 1905.

Copyright infringement is treated seriously here. To retain your copies and then revise them would have the effect of rendering the product as legally a derivative and so a further infringement. It is necessary to rewrite in your own words before posting them here, we can not copy source text then revise it unless that source text has a compatible free license. We all agreed to not infringe by clicking "Save changes": see the line immediately above that button where it says "By saving changes, you agree to the Terms of Use, ..." The copyright violations were reported by a bot and assessed by myself. Here is a link to one of the bot reports. Click on the "iThenticate report" link to view the overlap. There's been four such bot reports in the last two days, and additional copyright violations were found manually by myself.
