I am trying to get my account unblocked so I can at least try to create an original text that won't be blocked as copied. Every time I tried to edit or modify the Bio for Peter Rafelson, it was declined or blocked. Just how different from my official bio does it need to be? Thank you.

If I create a new user name as an individual, will i be able to create a wiki page for various companies which I own? Also, If I am prohibited from creating my own Peter Rafelson wiki page (there are numerous references to me and professional credits on other wikipedia pages), how can I have it made? If you, Peter Rafeslson, want there to be a page here about you you will have to wait until someone wholly unconnected with you decides to write an acceptable article, asserting notability and including valid third-party references.
