As one outcome of that discussion, I've deleted your userpage, which was copied from an admin's userpage, complete with admin mop. The content at the top of the page here was taken from yet another user's talkrpage. Acroterion (talk) 03:16, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

While I could dismiss your copied userpage as a mistake made by a naive user, the copied content from Qwyrixian's talkpage and your aggressive tone and obvious familiarity with policy which you've berated RGloucester, makes me believe that you knew what you were doing. Is there any reason I should not block this account as a probable sockpuppet and admin impersonation account? Acroterion (talk) 03:29, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

This is not a sockpuppet, as I have had a lot of experience with IP editing and just wanted to get my opinions listened to more, so impersonated someone of higher ranking. It's up to you rather to block me or not. I haven't exactly been a vandal. Q5W5 [discussion] 03:35, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

What I did was wrong and I should have known better. I have been a useful contributor in the past as an IP, but I let my ego get the best of me and willfully violated multiple policies because things were not going my way. If there is even the tiniest possibility that I could be unblocked, I promise to not even have a user page for a while, stay completely away from the Ukraine articles, and work on another topic of interest. I feel very bad about the way I treated User:RGloucester and want to rebuild my reputation here. If you do not want to let me do this, however, I completely understand and will be accepting of it. I am a very troubled individual anyway, so I do not expect much either way this turns out, since my life is already quite meaningless and damned. My sincere apologies for insulting RGloucester.
