Speedy deletion nomination of Satvik shop

edit

A tag has been placed on Satvik shop requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. France3470 (talk) 15:08, 16 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (File:Satvik Shop Official Logo.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Satvik Shop Official Logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:29, 17 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Not a personal attack

edit

PVivek, it is for the benefit of all consumers. Many consumers have faced this and other frauds from 2006. Just go through those links. How can you accuse someone just like that? And why have you deleted all those conversations on the talk page? Are you from Indiatimes or paid by Indiatimes to keep their page clean? (Sorry for the question, but i am only asking.) Any person thinks he can make up these nonsense, ruthless policies and other editors have to oblige? I have nothing against you, but think well.-59.95.15.38 (talk) 16:40, 20 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

June 2013

edit

Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Vivek Pandey. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.   Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Vivek Pandey with this edit, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.  Yinta 10:55, 6 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve Sharafat Hussain Khan

edit

Hi, I'm Fiachra10003. Pvivek, thanks for creating Sharafat Hussain Khan!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article is very interesting but appears to closely follow the language of the www.itcsra.org website. Please rewrite it in your own words or the article may be deleted for breach of copyright.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Fiachra10003 (talk) 02:45, 9 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
