central hub to capture, analyze, and make widely available evidence of Russia-perpetrated war crimes and other atrocities in Ukraine.

It has been founded after the beginning of the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022.

It is a collaborative endeavor with ESRI, Alcis, and Quiet Professionals LLC, and with research, analysis, and documentation provided by Yale University's Humanitarian Research Lab, the Smithsonian Cultural Rescue Initiative, and PlanetScape Ai. As research is performed and completed, new articles will be published to the site.
