Speedy deletion nomination of Harrison William Powell edit

A tag has been placed on Harrison William Powell requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Respek edit

GLC in da house man

Yo respek. Why is it every 14 year old in Wales is like a sheep and thinks it is "safe as houses" to listen to gangster rap and hip hop? I'm from Wales too and when I was in school 2 Pac was reverred as some kind of god. The few who like rock music get called "moshers"!! In a few years I guarantee more of the guys who pretend to like gangster rap as it is "sorted" will stop following the crowds and acquire their own tastes.. In Newport though it semes to be a sort of "Welsh Bronx". Goldie Lookin Chain. Safe in it? Himalayan 20:27, 13 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Safe as f**k like. Harrison Powell is not to be dissed like. Deleting his article is the biggest dissing you can do to the posse leader like. He dis goin places man, 'im and Jay Z and da Method Man shuld get together like. I'll be havin at like, proper music in it? Sorry they never liked his article, give it ten years and he will be outselling Eminem. Respek. If u wants to 'elp da posse with hip hop articles you are welcome to join Wikipedia:WikiProject Hip hop. Himalayan 20:38, 13 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I likes da Method Man and 50 cent. You could help improve d Method Man article if you likes im. Its a lame article at the moment. When I saw it I was like "Oh my nan" this is not a proper article!! We aint respekting im at da moment. Himalayan 20:48, 13 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I never said he was a gangster mate, I said he was a proper DJ and seems like he has lots of talent. Obviously you thought so too. One kid I knew looked like Vin Diesel and was into sports an all that called Lloyd and he was a wicked DJ , he had thousand sof quids worth of equipment in his house and he wasn't a gangster either. . Rude? I iz tryin to keep it real. Safe anyway. Later.. Himalayan 20:56, 13 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Deletion edit

Very simply because it didn't meet Wikipedia's criteria. There wasn't any particular notability established, bearing in mind that the English language Wikipedia is world-wide. It was better than the ones that say 'Shaun is the most awesomest boy in the wwwooorrrlllddddddd!!!!!!!' (yes, we do get ones like that...), but unfortunately not good enough. Do have a look at the guidelines for notability and style. And remember that this is an encyclopaedia not Facebook. Anyone can have a Facebook page (personally, I don't - and I don't Twitter either), but an article on Wikipedia is a different matter. Peridon (talk) 21:12, 13 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

You could try MySpace. You could start a page on him on MySpace if he is a notable DJ, he could even start his own page if he wants on there.... Himalayan 21:13, 13 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
