To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Hi - you have repeatedly attempted to create an article about Matthijs Otterloo, despite the fact that the article about him was deleted as a result of a discussino at WP:AfD. I also note that you have written an article about a company associated with him, and have done very little else here. Please can I draw your attention to our COI guidelines, and the paid editing policy, which may apply to you? I have salted the article title Matthijs Otterloo, to prevent further attempts at recreation; should you wish to try again, please make any connection you have with the subject clear, and ensure that there are sufficient new sources that meet the requirements of WP:GNG before attempting to proceed with any new article in draft space.
